ELIGIBILITY: This offer is open only to individuals, 5-12 years at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States.

To enter electronically, visit our website at kids@melholder.com and submit an original color photo (8x10) of your child with an release form. You may enter twins, triplets, etc. as one photo. Child in photo must be between 5 and 12 years old on January 31, 2011. Photo must have been taken within one month of entry, and cannot be the product of a professional photographer. No slides or black and white photos accepted. Every entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of the Child featured in the submitted photo and must be 18 years of age or older. Only photos submitted following the directions and in electronic formats .jpg or .gif, with images 5 MB or smaller will be eligible. All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct. Submissions to the Contest must be received by June 30, 2010 in order to be eligible; entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible.

All submitted entries become the property of PMG/TVP and will not be acknowledged or returned; PMG/TVP is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis.

Only non-commercial work may be submitted. Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties. Entries may not include confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or entity other than the participant absent a suitable license or permission agreement (proof of which is required). Entries containing any forbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by PMG/TVP to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.
